A Champagne Wedding - Gunnedah Band Hall

I always feel so honored 
to be chosen to help Brides celebrate 
one of the most important and remembered days of their lives.

We didn't have as much "planning" time
that Brides usually give us with Sonya's Wedding.
She came into the shop about 6 weeks ago extremely anxious.
She had this wedding and really didn't know where to start!
Well, sit back and lets get this Wedding Planned!
After a number of hours discussing the Bride & Grooms Wedding Dreams,
and looking through albums.
Sonya & Andrew left feeling very much relieved and in control of their event!

It was such a privilege to work with this couple 
and their adorable son.

Here is Sonya
and she looked like a movie star!
So very stunning for her special day!

Enchanted Events & Balloons supplied Sonya gorgeous Jewellery
and the custom made bouquets.

They were "real Touch" soft pink roses and babies breath.
She just wanted simple and elegant..

Sonya & Andrew chose the 
Gunnedah Band Hall
as their venue for their wedding.

They had both the Ceremony & Reception inside.

Enchanted Events & Balloons supplied the

*  Floral Seating Plan
- Design & professional Print

*  6 Point Ceiling Canopy with warm white LED lighting and white fully powered Chandelier  as a centerpiece.

*  The chair covers are also from Enchanted Events & Balloons and are
White Lycra Fitted Chair Covers 
with the Gold & Pink Organza Sashes..

The backdrop  also features a lovely Balloon Heart!
This has bright white Battery LED lighting throughout and will look spectacular tonight!

The Bridal Table Skirt and Cake Table Skirt were supplied by the Venue

Or backdrops are all free standing with very heavy bases making them very safe at your venue.

The ceremony was indoors for this wedding.
Enchanted Events & Balloons supplied the arch and decorated it with fresh willow.
We also supplied the lily & Rose Urn and Pillars
6 Silk Ficus trees and draping.

And don't you just LOVE the Bride & Groom "Airwalkers"
These guys are foil balloons filled with Helium and then weighted with lead to the bottom of the balloon.
They are then light enough to float around the room
and walk to visit guests
without loosing them into the air!

These will provide untold entertainment tonight during the dancing!
But also during the reception too as they will "walk" around the room on the breeze.



Just a hint when planning a wedding at a venue that has chair covers.
Ask them to show you the covers before you confirm you will use them or not!!
There are some Venues that claim to have chair covers, but they actually aren't covers at all.
They may be just slips or pieces of square fabric that covers the top of the chair only 
and fall off as soon as someone sits in them making the Reception look very untidy!!
The venue will work the cost of the covers into your pricing and quiet often you can get the real thing for much less and have a spectacular looking event all night!
Ask for a breakdown in pricing so you know how much you are actually paying for the little extras.

I would hate for a Bride to walk into their reception thinking they are going to have one thing, 
but in reality getting something completely different.
This is a very common occurance with venues
and if you have never planned a function before with a venue, 
you don't really know what you are going to get.  
They may show you photos of function that have been held in their venue and say
 "This is what we can do" 
when in actual fact that function is featuring decor that the Venue cant supply.
