Gunnedah South School Presentation Day
Its so wonderful to be involved with the
Gunnedah South School
We have done quite a bit together this year...
We've done the Kindy Balloons
Garden Opening Balloons
Gunnedah South Ball
School Fete
Special Presentation Balloons
Kindy Presentation Balloons
and now the End of Year Presentation!
My kids both attended Gunnedah South School
and its wonderful to keep going back and still being involved.
It is also great for my Staff being Gunnedah South Students themselves,
to go back and do these fun jobs!
The teachers can see first hand what awesome kids they have helped shape!
We only have awesome Staff at Enchanted Events & Balloons! (hehe)
We did a few things for this mornings presentation:
We decorated the awards table right up the back with clothes, skirts, red draping and silver runners.
We did the 6 Simple Balloon Columns.
We also did this amaising Welcome Arch
with the year at the center.
Everyone was in agreement that the event looked amaising!
This is a real "feel good" event for the kids and parents.
Lots of achievement awards, sporting awards and awards that bought a tear to the eye!
There was an amaising speaker that has achieved great things in his life and was a past student of the School!
If you would like something like this for your next school event,
contact us at Enchanted Events & Balloons.
We will travel throughout the North West to meet the needs of our customers.

Official Opening - Gunnedah Rural Health Centre
Its always exciting when I get asked to do jobs like this....
Its the official opening today for the new
Gunnedah Rural Health Centre
Lots of official people
including local dignitaries
and the Minister for Health
will be looking at my balloons.......
This is what we did.
There are two deluxe columns
These come with all different types of "toppers"
but this time I have just used the 3' Round Latex balloon
String of Pearl Arch
It looked awesome in the walkway...
Cant wait to see what goes in the paper..

Dorothea McKeller Poetry Competition
The Dorothea McKeller Society
conducts an annual
Poetry Awards that attracts competitors from all over Australia.
Each year children from everywhere submerge on Gunnedah.
for the announcement of the winners.
Each year, it is my pleasure to decorate this event.
This is how it looked this year...
Arch over the welcome desk.
Balloon Clusters were throughout the reception area
and then into the staging area..
Unfortunately it was too dark and wide to get a decent photo,
but here is the one section that was lit up.
As all Balloons from Enchanted Events & Balloons are treated for the maximum life
theater goers will enjoy a decorated civic for the coming weeks..

Gunnedah South School Winter Ball
In a small town like Gunnedah
I am totally AMAISED at our Community Spirit!
Our Gunnedah South School is having a fund raiser tonight
and decided to host a
Winter Ball.
It took 2 weeks for the tickets to be sold, there were another 10 tables quickly added
and then they sold!
Over 300 people are attending tonight's ball to raise funds for the school.
Its very nice to see.
I'm not much of a socialite myself, I much prefer to have my fun helping to decorate an event and then go home rather than party on all night, and I really enjoy having this roll.
I feel very privileged to be involved in some small way at events such as this one.
So tonight's event was organised by a very dedicated and frantic couple of volunteers from the School.
We worked together to help bring their theme to life.
We have the ceiling fairy lights.
(These have been up now since Mid March and this will be their last event in the hall this year!)
A gorgeous way to create an intimate atmosphere
Simple Ceiling lights can be done at just about any venue.
If you would like something like this for your next event, just pop instore and we can work out what you will need.
To frame the stage I erected a chain of pearl arch in the colours that represent the event.
We used the black rectangle table clothes
Light Blue Satin Table Runners
Silver Organza Table Runners
Round Mirrors.
Large Glass Vases
Glass Marbles
Black Twisted Willow
LED Battery Operated Lights up the Willow Branches
(They aren't turned on though.... I was a little early with my photos!)
At the entrance to the ball
we made just a simple air arch in the theme colours...
We had to sqeeze it in, but it looked lovely!
If anything here looks like something you might like for your event,
please don't hesitate to come on by and we can talk turkey!!

Gunnedah Eisteddfod Celebrates 60 Years..
I was thrilled to be asked to make suggestions about decorations
for the Civic Reception
with the opening of the 2012 Eisteddfod Season....
We decided on an arch
right across the stage....
With a Huge 60 as a centerpiece...
Here is the finished product.
It looked really awesome on the Stage at the Civic..
It has now been moved to the Town Hall Stage
and will be on display right through Eisteddfod Month.

Christmas Party at the Rugby Club
We did lots of Christmas Parties leading up to Christmas...
I thought I would share some photos of this one...
We did latex and Foil Balloon Centerpieces
and two massive arches over the dance floor!
Here are the centrepieces
Because the Rugby Club has a peaked roof
Balloons on the ceiling would have little effect
so we made the arches instead!
Much Better!

Gunnedah High School Year 10 Dance 2011 - Masquerade
It is always a total pleasure to be involved with the
End of Year Celebrations for School Students!
This is the Final Year for the Year 10 School Certificate!
So what a wonderful way to celebrate the closing of one door and the opening of another
by having a Dance....
The very talented Student in charge of this event went with the Masquerade theme
with Purple, Silver & Gold...
They wanted an Arch at the entrance to the room...
With Purple, Gold & Silver balloons twisted around a purpose built frame
and Gold Stars at the base...
It was the perfect entrance for a fabulous evening...

Backyard 21st Birthday - Blue & White Theme
The Donovan Family chose to celebrate their Son's 21st in their backyard,
and kist wanted something to fancy it up a bit.....
Check out these decorations, it certainly transformed the backyard!!!
The Topairy Table Decorations....
Here are the stands for the arches....
Very effective dont you agree?
The Arches...
The poles for these also have LED battery operated lights attached, will really make these look awesome as the lights go down...
The Disco will be placed in between the columns and under the arches...
I also supplied LED lights for the customer to place around the backyard!!These lights dont loose bulbs and WONT stop working if you dont hold your face right!!
Very reliable for a tiny $5 a set hire fee!!!
Gunnedah High School Year 10 Presentation 2008
As usual, the students decided on their colours and design for their decorations this year...
The fairy lights draped from the ceiling look awesome and very intimate during the presentation of awards with all the ceiling lights out...
The Banner at the stage let the audience know why they are here....
Coloumns on the stage,
Ivy draping
